Please, add "Clear DNS Cache" option to the "Clear browsing data..." dialog.
Or add the "Clear DNS Cache" to developer tools.
I frequently switch IP addresses between local IP (in /etc/host) and production IP.

Can I second that request?
Currently when I switch from live site to local testbed (which is pretty common), I have to restart Chrome.
